March 22 – Navy Chief, Admiral Tan Sri Abdul Rahman bin Ayob, officiated the promotion ceremony of five senior officers in the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) at KD SRI GOMBAK today.

Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Strategy, Rear Admiral Pulendren a/l Paramasivam

Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Strategy, First Admiral Pulendren a/l Paramasivam led the list with a promotion to Rear Admiral. Captain Muhamad Shakir bin Salleh RMN, Captain Abd Halim bin Kamarudin TLDM, and Captain M. Saravanan a/l M. Muthusamy TLDM were each promoted to the rank of First Admiral. Commander Khairisharizal bin Hj Salehin RMN was promoted to the rank of Captain RMN.

Heartfelt congratulations to those promoted today. The recognition bestowed is hoped to be a catalyst for continued dedication and excellence in serving the nation.

Also present at the ceremony were Deputy Navy Chief, Rear Admiral Dato’ Zulhelmy bin Ithnain, TLDM Admiral Committee members, spouses, family members of the honored officers, and Navy personnel from around the Klang Valley.

22 Mac – Panglima Tentera Laut, Laksamana Tan Sri Abdul Rahman bin Ayob telah menyempurnakan pemakaian pangkat lima Pegawai Kanan TLDM di KD SRI GOMBAK hari ini.

Asisten Ketua Staf Operasi dan Strategi, Laksamana Pertama Pulendren a/l Paramasivam mendahului senarai dengan kenaikan pangkat ke Laksamana Muda. Kepten Muhamad Shakir bin Salleh TLDM, Kepten Abd Halim bin Kamarudin TLDM dan Kepten M. Saravanan a/l M. Muthusamy TLDM masing-masing telah dinaikkan ke pangkat Laksamana Pertama. Komander Khairisharizal bin Hj Salehin TLDM pula telah dinaikkan ke pangkat Kepten TLDM.

Setinggi-tinggi tahniah diucapkan kepada mereka yang dinaikkan pangkat hari ini. Pengiktirafan yang diberikan diharap akan menjadi pemangkin untuk terus berbakti kepada negara dengan ikhlas dan cemerlang.

Turut hadir ke majlis tersebut Timbalan Panglima Tentera Laut, Laksamana Madya Dato’ Zulhelmy bin Ithnain, ahli Jawatankuasa Laksamana TLDM, isteri serta ahli keluarga pegawai yang diraikan dan warga Navy People sekitar Lembah Klang.
