The proposed site covers <strong>38.55 acres<\/strong> of <strong>SEDC-owned land<\/strong>, with development expected to proceed following approval under<strong> 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK-13)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction of <strong>MAWILLA 4<\/strong> is planned in <strong>two phases<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase 1<\/strong> \u2013 Acquisition of land, construction of the headquarters, operational jetty, administrative buildings, and support facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 2<\/strong> \u2013 Development of <strong>Armed Forces Family Housing (RKAT)<\/strong> and additional infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If realized, <strong>MAWILLA 4<\/strong> will significantly enhance RMN\u2019s maritime surveillance and security capabilities in Sarawak and across Malaysia\u2019s maritime zones.
