Variations will only depend on the individual\u2019s physical abilities and health conditions,\u201d Ya\u2019cob said during a media briefing while monitoring the registration of female trainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explained that physical training would be introduced progressively, increasing in intensity over time. The training structure remains consistent with PLKN 3.0 Series 1\/2025, consisting of 70% military-based modules and 30% national identity components, with enhancements focused on hands-on learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3314475734161595\" data-ad-slot=\"7610079946\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>The current intake comprises 350 male and 200 female trainees, all participating in a 45-day programme that runs until 24 June. Ya\u2019cob noted that the registration process could take up to three days due to requests for late entry related to logistics and personal readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also confirmed that JLKN welcomes voluntary applicants depending on available slots, with 30 voluntary trainees already enrolled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The previous session, PLKN 3.0 Series 1\/2025, marked the revival of the national service programme after a seven-year hiatus.
