KUALA LUMPUR, 2 October 2025 \u2013 The Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) held a prestigious promotion ceremony for senior officers<\/a> at the Ruang Perkasa, Wisma Pertahanan, marking another proud moment in the nation\u2019s defence leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony was officiated by the Chief of Defence Force, General Tan Sri Haji Mohd Nizam bin Haji Jaffar, accompanied by his wife, Puan Sri Hajah Risia binti Sheikh Ali Omar Bajarai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a key highlight of the event, Brigadier General Dato\u2019 Dr Mohd Radzi bin Haji Abdul Hamid Pena Celoreng was promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed as the Director General of the Future Force Secretariat, effective 21 August 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
