In the ceremony, Maj Gen Dato&#8217; Dzulkarnain bin Ahmad handed over the duties as Director-General of MAF JHEV to Puan Syarina binti Kassim, Deputy MAF JHEV Director-General who will be the acting Director-General until the new Director-General reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3314475734161595\" data-ad-slot=\"7610079946\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceremony was witnessed by YBrs. The handover was carried out because Maj Gen Dato&#8217; Dzulkarnain bin Ahmad will be retiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuala Lumpur, 25 Julai 2022 \u2013 Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran (JHEV) ATM telah mengadakan Majlis Serah Terima Tugas Ketua Pengarah JHEV ATM bertempat di Pejabat Ketua Pengarah JHEV ATM. Di dalam majlis tersebut, Mej Jen Dato Dzulkarnain bin Ahmad telah menyerahkan tugas sebagai Ketua Pengarah JHEV ATM kepada Puan Syarina binti Kassim, Timb.
