COL Jauhari Appointed as New Assistant Chief of Staff J4 in Joint Forces Headquarters Parade & Ceremony 17th February 202117th February 2021 KUANTAN, 17 February 2021 – Lieutenant General Dato’ Hj Yazid bin Hj Arshad RMAF, Commander of the Joint Forces, witnessed the handing over of Assistant Chief of Staff J4 Brig Gen Rafizi bin Sharif to Col Jauhari bin Talib at the Mat Kilau Auditorium, Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ). Brig Gen Rafizi bin Sharif will start his vacation and then end his service after 41 years of serving in the MAF. All MKAB staff wish you a happy retirement and good luck.
