SUNGAI BESI, 2 April 2021 – Members of the Border Regiment (BR) and staff of the Operations and Training Branch (OPLAT) of the Army Headquarters, received new leadership, today.

The Handover Ceremony of the Border Regiment (BR) Chairman and Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOS) OPLAT, was held at Wisma Perwira Tentera Darat, Sungai Besi Perdana Camp.

For the position of Chairman of the Border Regiment, Lieutenant General Dato’ Haji Azlan bin Abdul Rahman, who will end his service, handed over the task to Major General Dato’ Hashim bin Aman Shah, as the fourth BR Chairman.

Meanwhile, Major General Dato’ Abdul Aziz bin Ismail, took over the duties of ACOS OPLAT from the Director General of Operations of the OPLAT Branch, Brigadier General Mohd Azhar bin Abdul Latif, who was the Acting ACOS OPLAT.

Both ceremonies were officiated in the presence of the Chief of Army, General Tan Sri Datuk Zamrose bin Mohd Zain, and the Deputy Chief of Army, Lieutenant General Dato’ Mohammad bin Ab Rahman, with minimum attendance of Senior Officers from the Army Headquarters.

Tan Sri COA and Dy COA thanked Lieutenant General Dato’ Haji Azlan bin Abdul Rahman for his contribution in leading the BR.

Congratulations were also extended to Major General Dato’ Hashim bin Aman Shah, as the Chairman of the Border Regiment and Major General Dato’ Abdul Aziz bin Ismail, as the new ACOS OPLAT.

MEJAR JENERAL DATO’ HASHIM AMAN SHAH DAN MEJAR JENERAL DATO’ ABDUL AZIZ ISMAIL, GALAS TANGGUNGJAWAB BAHARU

SUNGAI BESI, 2 April 2021 – Warga Rejimen Sempadan (RS) dan staf Cawangan Operasi dan Latihan (OPLAT) Markas Tentera Darat, menerima pimpinan baharu, pada hari ini.

Majlis Serah Terima Tugas Pengerusi RS dan Asisten Ketua Staf (AKS) OPLAT, dilangsungkan di Wisma Perwira Tentera Darat, Kem Perdana Sungai Besi.

Bagi jawatan Pengerusi RS, Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Haji Azlan bin Abdul Rahman, yang akan menamatkan perkhidmatannya, menyerahkan tugas kepada Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Hashim bin Aman Shah, selaku Pengerusi RS Keempat.

Manakala, Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Abdul Aziz bin Ismail, mengambil alih tugas AKS OPLAT daripada Ketua Pengarah Operasi Cawangan OPLAT, Brigedier Jeneral Mohd Azhar bin Abdul Latif selaku Pemangku AKS OPLAT.

Kedua-dua majlis disempurnakan di hadapan Panglima Tentera Darat, Jeneral Tan Sri Datuk Zamrose bin Mohd Zain, dan Timbalan Panglima Tentera Darat, Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Mohammad bin Ab Rahman, serta kehadiran minima Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan Markas Tentera Darat.

Tan Sri PTD dan warga TDM merakamkan ucapan terima kasih kepada Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Haji Azlan bin Abdul Rahman, di atas sumbangan beliau selama menerajui RS. Ucapan tahniah juga dipanjangkan kepada Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Hashim bin Aman Shah, selaku Pengerusi RS dan Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Abdul Aziz bin Ismail, selaku AKS OPLAT, yang baharu.
