Inspector General of Police Visits Ministry of Defence

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 Oct 21 – The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi bin Buang RMAF received a courtesy call from the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Inspector General Dato’ Sri Acryl Sani Haji Abdullah Sani at Wisma Pertahanan today.

In this inaugural visit, CDF and the IGP took the time to discuss and exchange views on security matters involving the interests of the country as well as areas to strengthen the existing relationship between the Royal Malaysia Police and the Malaysian Armed Forces.

Also present during the visit were the Director of the Department of Internal Security and Public Order; CP Dato’ Hazani bin Ghazali, Malaysian Police Secretary; DCP Ruslan bin Khalid and Deputy Director of Management (Training); DCP Dato’ Nerita binti Yaacob.

Earlier, Inspector General Dato’ Sri Acryl Sani Haji Abdullah Sani received a salute and inspected the Main Guard of Honuor (KKU) from the First Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment (1 RMR).

Also present during the visit were the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Sri Muez bin Abd Aziz, Service Chiefs and other Senior MAF Officers.

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 Okt 21 – Panglima Angkatan Tentera, Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi bin Buang TUDM telah menerima kunjungan hormat oleh Ketua Polis Negara, Inspektor Jeneral Dato’ Sri Acryl Sani Haji Abdullah Sani bertempat di Wisma Pertahanan hari ini.

Dalam sesi kunjungan ulung ini, Panglima Angkatan Tentera dan Ketua Polis Negara telah meluangkan masa bagi membincangkan dan bertukar pandangan mengenai hal ehwal keselamatan yang melibatkan kepentingan Negara di samping sebagai ruang memperkasakan hubungan sedia terjalin antara Polis Diraja Malaysia (Royal Malaysia Police) dan Angkatan Tentera Malaysia.

Hadir bersama semasa sesi kunjungan ini adalah Pengarah Jabatan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri dan Ketenteraman Awam; CP Dato’ Hazani bin Ghazali, Setiausaha Polis Malaysia; DCP Ruslan bin Khalid dan Timbalan Pengarah Pengurusan (Latihan); DCP Dato’ Nerita binti Yaacob.

Terdahulu, Inspektor Jeneral Dato’ Sri Acryl Sani Haji Abdullah Sani telah menerima tabik hormat dan membuat pemeriksaan Kawalan Kehormatan Utama (KKU) dari Batalion Pertama Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja (1 RAMD).

Turut serta semasa sesi kunjungan ini adalah Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pertahanan;Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Sri Muez bin Abd Aziz, Panglima-panglima Perkhidmatan dan Pegawai-pegawai Kanan ATM yang lain.
