KUALA LUMPUR, 2 May 2023 – The 29th Chief of the Army (COA), General Datuk Seri Mohammad bin Ab Rahman’s Command Parade was held at the COA Square, Sungai Besi Camp Perdana after he took over the top leadership of the Army on 22 March 2023.
The message that has been delivered by the 29th COA emphasizes 3 main objectives which are Preparedness, Organizational Sustainability and Leadership Personality which is to be achieved through 3M Synergy – Man, Machine and Method.
The 29th COA Supreme Order also outlines 5 main thrusts which are Increased Readiness, Strengthening Organization and Human Capital, Personnel Well-being, Strengthening International Relations and Integrity of Military and Public Relations. Immediately after the delivery of the message, the Army Commander’s Directive 2023 to 2026 was handed over to the Army Commander’s Supreme Conference.
This glorious parade has involved a total of 53 officers and 1,553 members of Other Ranks led by Lieutenant Colonel Mohd Farid bin Abd Hamid, Commanding Officer of the 9th Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment (Para). Consisting of 16 detachments representing all corps in the Army, one detachment of the 21st Special Service Group, one detachment of the 10th Bde (Para) and a flypast courtesy of the Agusta 109 LOH and MD 530G from the Army Air Wing led by Major Mohd Hafifudin bin Siru.
The parade was also accompanied by the Combined Band from the Central Band of the Royal Malay Regiment, the Royal Ranger Regiment, the Royal Armor Corps and the Royal Signals Regiment Women’s Brass Band under the leadership of Lieutenant Director Of Music (DOM) Muhammad Fauzee Bin Japar.
Also present at this event were the Deputy Chief of Army, Lieutenant General Datuk Muhammad Hafizuddeain bin Jantan, Army’s Western Field Commander, Lieutenant General Dato’ Tengku Muhammad Fauzi bin Tengku Ibrahim, Eastern Field Commander, Lieutenant General Datuk Mardzuki bin Muhammad, Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dato’ Mohd Sofi bin Md Lepi, senior Army Officers, officers and members who are around the Klang Valley.
PERBARISAN PERUTUSAN PERINTAH ULUNG PANGLIMA TENTERA DARAT KE-29
KUALA LUMPUR, 2 Mei 2023 – Perbarisan Perutusan Perintah Ulung Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD) Ke-29, Jeneral Datuk Seri Mohammad bin Ab Rahman telah diadakan di Dataran PTD, Kem Perdana Sungai Besi setelah beliau mengambil alih tampuk kepimpinan tertinggi Tentera Darat pada 22 Mac 2023 yang lalu.
Perintah Ulung PTD Ke-29 ini juga menggariskan 5 Teras yang utama iaitu Peningkatan Kesiagaan, Pengukuhan Organisasi dan Modal Insan, Kesejahteraan Warga, Pengukuhan Hubungan Antarabangsa serta Keutuhan Hubungan Tentera dan Awam. Sejurus penyampaian perutusan turut diadakan penyerahan Direktif Panglima Tentera Darat Tahun 2023 hingga 2026 kepada Sidang Tertinggi Panglima Tentera Darat.
Perutusan yang telah disampaikan oleh PTD Ke-29 menekankan 3 objektif utama iaitu Kesiapsiagaan, Kemampanan Organisasi dan Sahsiah Keperwiraan yang ingin dicapai melalui Sinergi 3M – Man, Machine and Method.
Perbarisan yang gilang gemilang ini telah melibatkan seramai 53 pegawai dan 1,553 anggota Lain-Lain Pangkat (LLP) yang diketuai oleh Leftenan Kolonel Mohd Farid bin Abd Hamid, Pegawai Memerintah Batalion Ke-9 Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja (Para). Terdiri daripada 16 detasmen mewakili semua kor dalam Tentera Darat, satu detasmen 21 Gerup Gerak Khas, satu detasmen 10 Bgd (Para) dan detasmen Terbang Lintas Hormat Pesawat Agusta 109 LOH serta MD 530G dari Pasukan Udara Tentera Darat yang diketuai oleh Mejar Mohd Hafifudin bin Siru.
Perbarisan turut diiringi oleh Pancaragam Gabungan dari Pancaragam Pusat Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja, Rejimen Renjer Diraja, Kor Armor Diraja dan Brassband Wanita Rejimen Semboyan Diraja di bawah pimpinan Leftenan Director Of Music (DOM) Muhammad Fauzee Bin Japar.
Turut hadir ke acara ini adalah Timbalan Panglima Tentera Darat, Leftenan Jeneral Datuk Muhammad Hafizuddeain bin Jantan, Panglima Medan Barat Tentera Darat, Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Tengku Muhammad Fauzi bin Tengku Ibrahim, Panglima Medan Timur Tentera Darat, Leftenan Jeneral Datuk Mardzuki bin Muhammad, Ketua Staf Tentera Darat, Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Mohd Sofi bin Md Lepi, barisan Pegawai Kanan Tentera Darat, pegawai-pegawai serta anggota LLP yang berada di sekitar Lembah Klang.
