GEMAS: In a strategic move to bolster combat readiness, 25 officers and 355 Other Ranks participated in the Combat Arms Maneuvering Exercise (CARMA) and GEMPUR IX 2.0 (EGIX 2.0) from January 30 to February 14, 2024, at Camp Syed Sirajuddin, Gemas.
The EGIX 2.0, focused on Specific Operation – Raid, aimed to test all levels, including the Battalion Headquarters as planners and combat companies as executors.
The exercise comprised four phases: Preparation, Pre-Deployment Training (PDT)/Battle Procedure, Execution/Field Training Exercise (FTX), and After Action Review (AAR), emphasizing the role and mobilization of the Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) – Specific Operation (Raid).
Major General Dato’ Khairul Azmizal Ahmad Natal, the Commander of the 10th Para Brigade, witnessed the final assault, synergized with the Combat Arms Live Firing and Manoeuvring Exercise (CALF-MANOEUVEX) at Obj BRAVO. The engagement involved RDF elements – 9 RMR (Para), Combat Assistance Company (Para), Armor Squadron (Para), PANDURA Company (Para), and one platoon from 14 RMR (Mech), along with air support from Ec725 aircraft of No 10 Squadron RMAF.
This exercise aligns with the Training Directive of the 10th Para Brigade, emphasizing the concept of “Train to Fight” to maintain the competency of the brigade as a vital component of the Malaysian Army in PAC-ATM.
The execution of these activities coincides with the Third Thrust of the 30th Chief of Army’s Directive, focusing on Capability Strengthening.

GEMAS: Seramai 25 pegawai dan 355 LLP terlibat dalam Latihan Peningkatan Tempur (LPT) dan Eksesais GEMPUR IX 2.0 (EGIX 2.0) yang telah dilaksanakan bermula 30 Jan hingga 14 Feb 24 di 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘈𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘦𝘶𝘷𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘦𝘢 (CARMA), Kem Syed Sirajuddin, Gemas.
Eksesais ini berkonsepkan Specific Operation – Raid bertujuan untuk menguji semua peringkat termasuk fungsi Markas Batalion sebagai staf perancang dan kompeni tempur sebagai pelaksana.
Eksesais ini dilaksanakan dalam 4 fasa iaitu Fasa Persiapan, Fasa Pre Deployment Training (PDT)/ Battle Procedure, Fasa Pelaksanaan/ Field Training Exercise (FTX) dan After Action Review (AAR) yang menekankan peranan dan aturgerak elemen Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) – Specific Operation (Raid).
Panglima 10 Bgd (Para), Mej Jen Dato’ Khairul Azmizal Ahmad Natal hadir menyaksikan serangan akhir yang telah disinergikan dengan 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘈𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘦𝘶𝘷𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘦 (CALF-MANOEUVEX) di Obj BRAVO yang turut melibatkan elemen Tempur RDF – 9 RAMD (Para), Kompeni Bantuan (Para), Skuadron Armor (Para), Kompeni PANDURA (Para) dan 1 x platun dari 14 RAMD (Mek) serta bantuan pesawat Ec725 dari No 10 Skn TUDM dalam menjayakan eks direncanakan.
Perlaksanaan Eksesais ini selari dengan Direktif Latihan Panglima 10 Bgd (Para) yang menekankan kepada konsep “Berlatih Untuk Berperang” bagi mengekalkan kompetensi 10 Bgd (Para) yang merupakan komponen utama TD dalam PAC-ATM
Pelaksanaan aktiviti ini secara langsung bertepatan dengan Teras Ketiga Perintah Ulung PTD Ke-30 iaitu Agenda Pengukuhan Keupayaan.
