All members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) congratulate Warrant Officer I (WO I) TLS (AQM) Mohamad Noorfazli bin Arifin from the RMN Air Branch for being selected as the Seventh RMN Warrant Officer to replace PW I TMK Muhamad Eizad bin Ramli, sixth RMN Warrant Officer who will be retiring from service.

The RMN Warrant Officer or better known as the Warrant Officer of the Navy (WOON) is the liaison between the officers and members of the other ranks to ensure that every instruction or message issued by the highest authority of the RMN reaches the ground level. He is also the best ‘role model’ for the RMN other ranks in all aspects including career, discipline and welfare.

WO I Mohamad Noorfazli is a Certified Aircraft Charge and has been an Air Quartermaster of Super Lynx helicopters since 2010. He is also a certified trainer for the Flight Test Maintainer of RMN Super Lynx helicopters. In 2020, he was appointed Warrant Officer of the RMN Air Headquarters.

Apart from his expertise as Air Quartermaster and in helicopter maintenance, WO I Mohamad Noorfazli has also served on RMN ships, including KD SRI INDERA SAKTI. Based on his experience, contribution and high credibility, he is now trusted as the 7th Warrant Officer of the Navy.

In academic and sports aspects, WO I Mohamad Noorfazli holds a Diploma in Marine Technology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He is active with Mountain Bike and Road Bike sports activities.

Pegawai Waran TLDM atau lebih dikenali sebagai Warrant Officer of the Navy (WOON) merupakan penghubung di antara kumpulan pegawai dengan anggota LLP TLDM bagi memastikan setiap arahan atau mesej yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak tertinggi TLDM sampai kepada semua peringkat akar umbi. Beliau juga merupakan ‘role model’ terbaik kepada warga LLP TLDM dalam semua segi merangkumi kerjaya, disiplin dan kebajikan
