Bangkok, July 10, 2019 – Defence Minister YB Mohamad bin Sabu arrives at Suvarnabumh Airport for a visit to the 13th ASEAN Defense Ministers Meeting (ADMM) from 10 to 12 July 2019.

He was welcomed by Malaysian Ambassador to Thailand, Dato ‘Jojie Samuel, Malaysian Defense Attaché in Thailand, Brigidier General Baharuddin bin Ahmad and representatives of Thailand’s Defense Ministry, Admiral Preecharn Jarmcharoen.

Meanwhile, Secretary General, Datuk Seri Mohd Zuki bin Ali and Malaysian delegation attended the ASEAN Defence Senior Official’s Meeting (ADSOM) at Shangri-La Bangkok.

The ADSOM was attended by all senior leaders from Ministry of Defence of ASEAN Member States. The Meeting has agreed to endorse remaining initiatives to be tabled at the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting on 11 July 2019.
