KUALA LUMPUR, 11 June 2021-In conjunction with the Annual Message of the 28th Chief of Army, two books were launched of two books by the Chief of Army (COA), General Tan Sri Datuk Zamrose bin Mohd Zain.

The two books are the New Horizon Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) Handbook and the Compilation of Annual Excerpts from the 27th Army Chief’s Legacy.

The New Horizon Innovative and Creative Group Handbook, is a guide to cultivating and examining innovation in the public sector through the new horizons of innovative and creative groups. This book is a joint publication of the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit and the Ministry of Defence.

Meanwhile, the Compilation of Annual Excerpts from the Legacy of the 27th Army Chief, is the work of the 27th COA, General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Commander Hj Ahmad Hasbullah bin Hj Mohd Nawawi (Retired). This book carries the aim of educating the heart, sense of attitude and spirit of belonging as a member of the military to achieve balance of the world and the hereafter. This quotation also coincides with the essence of the 28th COA Supreme Commandment which states “Understand what we need to do and is it the right thing to do in order to accomplish and realising our trust as servants to God”.

As a symbolic launch in an atmosphere of new norms based on the implementation of the Movement Control Order (PKP), Tan Sri COA handed over the KIK New Horizon book to the Deputy Chief of the Army, Lieutenant General Dato’ Mohammad bin Ab Rahman. Meanwhile, for the 27th COA Compilation of Excerpts, General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Haji Ahmad Hasbullah bin Haji Mohd Nawawi handed over the copy of the book to Tan Sri COA.

BUKU KIK MANTAPKAN PANDUAN INOVASI TD, MANAKALA BUKU KOMPILASI NUKILAN PTD KE-27 MENDIDIK HATI UNTUK DUNIA DAN AKHIRAT

KUALA LUMPUR, 11 Jun 2021 – Sempena Perutusan Setahun Pemerintahan Panglima Tentera Darat Ke-28, turut diadakan pelancaran dua buah buku yang disempurnakan oleh Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD), Jeneral Tan Sri Datuk Zamrose bin Mohd Zain.

Kedua-dua buah buku tersebut ialah Buku Panduan Kumpulan Inovatif Dan Kreatif (KIK) Horizon Baru dan Kompilasi Nukilan Setahun Peninggalan Panglima Tentera Darat Ke-27.

Buku Panduan Kumpulan Inovatif Dan Kreatif Horizon Baru, merupakan panduan pembudayaan dan pemeriksaan inovasi di dalam sektor awam melalui horizon baharu kumpulan inovatif dan kreatif. Buku ini merupakan terbitan bersama Unit Permodenan Tadbiran dan Perancangan Pengurusan Malaysia serta Kementerian Pertahanan.

Manakala, Kompilasi Nukilan Setahun Peninggalan Panglima Tentera Darat Ke-27, merupakan garapan penulisan Panglima Tentera Darat Ke-27, Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Hj Ahmad Hasbullah bin Hj Mohd Nawawi (Bersara). Buku ini yang membawa motif mendidik hati, rasa sikap dan semangat kekitaan sebagai anggota tentera untuk mencapai keseimbangan dunia dan akhirat. Nukilan ini juga adalah bertepatan dengan intipati Perintah Ulung PTD Ke-28 yang menyatakan “Fahamilah siapakah yang kita perlu lakukan sesuatu dan betulkah apa yang telah kita laksanakan dalam merealisasikan amanah kita sebagai hamba kepada Tuhan”.

Sebagai simbolik pelancaran dalam suasana norma baharu berdasarkan pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP), Tan Sri PTD telah menyerahkan buku KIK Horizon Baru kepada Timbalan Panglima Tentera Darat (TPTD), Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Mohammad bin Ab Rahman. Manakala bagi buku Kompilasi Nukilan PTD Ke-27, Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Haji Ahmad Hasbullah bin Haji Mohd Nawawi telah menyerahkan naskah buku berkenaan kepada Tan Sri PTD.
