JOHOR: The 10th Brigade (Para) (10 Bde (Para)) carried out Combat Static and Freefall Jump Training through Exercise Tiger Leap Series 1/23 and Exercise Eagle Swift Series 1/23 at the Nenas Drop Zone (DZ), Simpang Renggam starting from 10 to 12 Jan 2023.

This exercise aims to test and maintain the level of Competency & Currency of jumpers from Combat, Combat Support and Service Support elements.

The training focuses on Static Combat and Freefall Jumping Training by involving individual paratroopers who also have the additional qualification of Para Jump Instructor (PJI), Jumpmaster (JM), Free Fall Dispatcher (FFD) and Checker/Rigger. The training is directed at the implementation phase of the Parachute Operation in maintain the training readiness level and organize the countermeasures of the MAF Rapid Deployment Team (PAC-ATM), 10 Bde (Para) in a joint operation with the help of C130 Hercules air asset from the RMAF.

Exercises like this are in line with the First Pillar of the 28th Army Chief’s Supreme Command which is Mission Continuity and Readiness.

CORE COMPETENCIES PAC – ATM DALAM OPERASI PARACUT DIPERTINGKATKAN

JOHOR: Briged Ke-10 (Para) (10 Bgd (Para)) melaksanakan Latihan Penerjunan Tempur Statik dan Bebas melalui Eksesais Tiger Leap Siri 1/23 dan Eksesais Eagle Swift Siri 1/23 di Zon Gugur (ZG) Nenas, Simpang Renggam bermula dari 10 hingga 12 Jan 2023.

Eksesais ini bertujuan menguji dan mengekalkan tahap Competency & Currency Jumper setiap kelompok elemen Tempur, Bantuan Tempur dan Bantuan Khidmat.

Latihan memfokuskan kepada Latihan Penerjunan Statik Tempur dan Bebas dengan melibatkan individu paratrooper yang turut memiliki kelayakan tambahan Para iaitu Para Jump Instructor (PJI), Jumpmaster (JM), Free Fall Dispatcher (FFD) dan Checker/Rigger yang terarah kepada fasa pelaksanaan Operasi Paracut dalam mengekalkan tahap kesiagaan latihan dan atur gerak ketumbukan Pasukan Aturgerak Cepat (PAC-ATM),10 Bgd (Para) secara joint operation dengan bantuan aset udara C130 Hercules, dari TUDM.

Eksesais seperti ini sejajar dengan Tonggak Pertama Perintah Ulung Panglima Tentera Darat Ke-28 iaitu Kelangsungan Misi dan Kesiagaan.
