MELAKA: A total of 33 Junior Officers were involved in the Closing Ceremony of the 10th Brigade (Para) Junior Officer Induction Program (10 Bde (Para)) which was attended by the Commander of 10 Bde (Para), Brig Gen Khairul Azmizal Ahmad Natal at the 400 Meter Target Field, Terendak Camp on Jan 9, 2023.

The program which lasted for two weeks was organized by the 17th Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment (Para) (17 RMR (Para)) to apply positive values in the aspect of contemporary leadership, applying high discipline through the Para Soldier Profile and the spirit of esprit de corps.

The closing ceremony started with the Endurance Challenge Tachtlon event and the shooting event before ending with the presentation of the participation certificate, the best syndicate prize and the Best Leadership award which was held by Lt M Mohamad Hafiz Hakim Abd Ghani from 18 RMR (Para).

Also present, Deputy Commander 10 Bde (Para) and Chief of General Staff 10 Bde (Para).

INDUKSI PEGAWAI MUDA 10 BGD (PARA) PERSIAP DIRI PEGAWAI MUDA PAC – ATM

MELAKA: Seramai 33 Pegawai Muda terlibat dalam upacara Penutup Program Induksi Pegawai Muda Briged Ke-10 (Para) (10 Bgd (Para)) yang disempurnakan oleh Panglima 10 Bgd (Para), Brig Jen Khairul Azmizal Ahmad Natal di Lapang Sasar 400 Meter, Kem Terendak pada 9 Jan 2023.

Program yang berlangsung selama dua minggu merupakan anjuran Batalion Ke-17 Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja (Para) (17 RAMD (Para)) untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai positif dalam aspek contemporary leadership, menerapkan disiplin yang tinggi melalui Profil Perajurit Para serta semangat esprit de corps.

Majlis penutup dimulai dengan acara Endurance Challenge Tachtlon dan acara menembak sebelum diakhiri dengan penyampaian sijil penyertaan, hadiah sindiket terbaik serta penganugerahan Kepimpinan Terbaik yang disandang oleh Lt M Mohamad Hafiz Hakim Abd Ghani dari 18 RAMD (Para).

Turut hadir, Timbalan Panglima 10 Bgd (Para) dan Ketua Staf Am 10 Bgd (Para).
