The Chief of Army (COA), General Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohammad bin Ab Rahman witnessed the Handover Ceremony of the Army Chief of Staff between Lieutenant General Dato’ Mohd Sofi bin Md Lepi and Major General Dato’ Zaidan bin Atan today.

The ceremony started with the signing of the Task Handover Certificate, followed by a photo session and ended with a prayer.

Congratulations to Major General Dato’ Zaidan bin Atan on his appointment as the 23rd Army Chief of Staff. Hopefully, this appointment will increase the excellence of the Malaysian Army in the future.

Also present were the Deputy Chief of Army
(Dy COA), Lieutenant General Datuk Muhammad Hafizuddeain bin Jantan, the Chief of Army’s Western Field (PMB TD) and the Formation Commanders as well as other senior Army officers.

MAJLIS SERAH TERIMA TUGAS KETUA STAF TENTERA DARAT

Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD), Jeneral Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohammad bin Ab Rahman telah menyaksikan Majlis Serah Terima Tugas Ketua Staf Tentera Darat di antara Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Mohd Sofi bin Md Lepi dan Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Zaidan bin Atan pada hari ini.

Majlis dimulakan dengan acara menandatangani Sijil Serah Terima Tugas, diikuti acara bergambar dan diakhiri dengan bacaan doa.

Tahniah diucapkan kepada Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Zaidan bin Atan di atas pelantikan sebagai KSTD ke – 23. Semoga dengan pelantikan ini akan meningkatkan lagi kecemerlangan Tentera Darat Malaysia di masa hadapan.

Turut hadir adalah Timbalan Panglima Tentera Darat (TPTD), Leftenan Jeneral Datuk Muhammad Hafizuddeain bin Jantan, Panglima Medan Barat Tentera Darat (PMB TD) dan Panglima-Panglima Formasi serta pegawai kanan TDM yang lain.
