TELUK SEPANGGAR, 16 April 2022 – The Chief of Defence Force (CDF), General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Affendi bin Buang RMAF together with the Chief of Navy (CON), Admiral Tan Sri Mohd Reza bin Mohd Sany and Senior Officers of the RMN at the Eastern Fleet Command Headquarters have participated in the KK Shooting Master Admiralty Board (JLAKS) Apr 22 Shooting Competition at the Kota Kinabalu Shooting Complex, Kota Kinabalu RMN Base this evening.

A total of 3 events were competed, namely ‘Pool Bull’, ‘Side Arm Precission’ and ‘Falling Plate’ which were conducted in groups and individually and b both in league format and ‘knockout’ format.

In this competition, the CDF managed to become the champion in the ‘Pool Bull’ category as well as the runner-up in the ‘Falling Plate’ category paired with CON and got third place in the ‘Side Arm Precission’ category.

Also participating in the competition were the Commander of the Eastern Fleet, VADM Dato’ Sabri bin Zali, Commander of Naval Region 2, RADN Dato’ Roslan bin Mohd Yunus, Commander of the Submarine Force, FADM Mohd Razib bin Tahir, Commander of Eastern Logistics, FADM Hj Satria Sarawak bin Hj Jais, Deputy Commander of the Eastern Fleet, FADM Sazalee bin Sholib and ACOS Admin RMN HQ, FADM Ahmad Asri bin Yaacob.

TELUK SEPANGGAR, 16 April 2022 – Panglima Angkatan Tentera (PAT), Jeneral Tan Sri Dato Sri Haji Affendi bin Buang TUDM bersama Panglima Tentera Laut (PTL), Laksamana Tan Sri Mohd Reza bin Mohd Sany serta Pegawai Kanan TLDM di Markas Pemerintahan Armada Timur telah menyertai Pertandingan Menembak KK Shooting Master JLAKS Apr 22 bertempat di Komplek Menembak Kota Kinabalu, Pangkalan TLDM Kota Kinabalu pada petang ini.

Sebanyak 3 acara telah dipertandingkan iaitu ‘Pool Bull’, ‘Side Arm Precission’ dan ‘falling plate’ yang dilaksanakan secara berkumpulan dan individu dan format liga dan ‘kalah mati’.

Dalam pertandingan ini, PAT berjaya menjadi johan dalam kategori pool bull serta menjadi naib johan dalam kategori ‘Falling Plate’ berpasangan dengan PTL serta mendapat tempat ketiga dalam kategori ‘Side Arm Precission’.

Turut menyertai pertandingan ini adalah Panglima Armada Timur, Laksdya Dato’ Sabri bin Zali, Panglima Wilayah Laut 2, Laksda Dato’ Roslan bin Mohd Yunus, Panglima Angkatan Kapal Selam, Laksma Mohd Razib bin Tahir, Panglima Logistik Timur, Laksma Hj Satria Sarawak bin Hj Jais, Timb Panglima Armada Timur, Laksma Sazalee bin Sholib dan AKS Tadbir MTL, Laksma Ahmad Asri bin Yaacob.
