PAHANG: The opening of Ex HARINGAROO Series 72/2022 was officiated by the Commander of the 3rd Malaysian Infantry Division (3 Div), Major General Dato’ Tengku Muhammad Fauzi Tengku Ibrahim at the Parade Ground of the Seventh Battalion of the Royal Ranger Regiment (Mech), Camp Batu 5 on 5 February 2022.

The bilateral exercise held annually between the Malaysian Army (TDM) and the Australian Army (AA) is based on the concept of Mechanized Operation which is conducted from 5 to 12 February 2022 with Cross Training (CTX) starting on 5 to 7 February 2022 and Field Training (FTX) ) from 8 to 12 February 2022. The main objective of this exercise is to foster a spirit of cooperation, camaraderie and understanding between the two armed forces which covers aspects of the implementation of the exercise and bilateral relations between Malaysia and Australia.

A total of 23 officers and 323 members as well as 22 Type A Vehicles (KJA) were involved during the exercise.
Also present at the opening of the exercise were Commander 4 Bde (Mech), Brigadier General Dato’ Zahari Mohd Ariffin and Commander Michael Doncaster, Acting Defense Attaché Australia.

𝗘𝗫 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗢 𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗜 𝟳𝟮/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮

PAHANG : Pembukaan Ex HARINGAROO Siri 72/2022 telah disempurnakan oleh Panglima Divisyen Ke-3 Infantri Malaysia (3 Div), Mejar Jeneral Dato’ Tengku Muhammad Fauzi Tengku Ibrahim di Padang Kawad Batalion Ketujuh Rejimen Renjer Diraja (Mek), Kem Batu 5 pada 5 Februari 2022.

Eksesais bilateral yang diadakan secara tahunan di antara Tentera Darat Malaysia (TDM) dan Australian Army (AA) ini berkonsepkan Mechanised Operation yang dilaksanakan mulai 5 hingga 12 Februari 2022 dengan Latihan Silang (CTX) bermula pada 5 hingga 7 Februari 2022 dan Latihan Medan (FTX) dari 8 hingga 12 Februari 2022. Objektif utama latihan ini adalah untuk memupuk semangat kerjasama, setiakawan dan persefahaman antara kedua-dua angkatan tentera yang merangkumi aspek pelaksanaan latihan dan hubungan dua hala Malaysia – Australia.

Seramai 23 pegawai dan 323 anggota serta 22 Kenderaan Jenis A (KJA) terlibat sepanjang eksesais dilaksanakan.
Turut hadir dalam pembukaan eksesais ini ialah Panglima 4 Bgd (Mek), Brigedier Jeneral Dato’ Zahari Mohd Ariffin dan Commander Michael Doncaster, Acting Defence Attache Australia.
