ABU DHABI, 20 Sept 22 – General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi bin Buang TUDM, Chief of Defence Force accompanied the Senior Minister of Defence, Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin bin Tun Hussein for the Malaysian Defence Delegation Visit to the Ministry of Defence of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Abu Dhabi on 19 Sep 22.

The arrival of the Malaysian Defence Delegation at the Ministry of Defence of the UAE was welcomed by H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, UAE Minister of Defence. Malaysia’s Senior Minister of Defense was also honored to inspect the guard of honor mounted by the UAE Armed Forces.

The defence relationship established includes aspects of military training and new bilateral defense between the two countries.

General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Zamrose bin Mohd Zain was present, the Chief of Army and Dato’ Sri Muez bin Abd Aziz, Secretary-General of the Malaysian Ministry of Defence were also present to accompany the Malaysian Defence Delegation there.

ABU DHABI, 20 Sept 22 – Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj Affendi bin Buang TUDM, Panglima Angkatan Tentera mengiringi Menteri Kanan Pertahanan, Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin bin Tun Hussein ke Lawatan Delegasi Pertahanan Malaysia ke Kementerian Pertahanan United Arab Emirates (UAE) di Abu Dhabi pada 19 Sep 22.

Ketibaan Delegasi Pertahanan Malaysia di Kementerian Pertahanan Kerajaan UAE telah disambut oleh H.E. Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, Menteri Pertahanan UAE. Menteri Kanan Pertahanan Malaysia juga diberi penghormatan memeriksa kawalan kehormatan yang diberikan oleh Angkatan Bersenjata UAE.

Hubungan pertahanan yang terjalin ini meliputi aspek latihan ketenteraan dan pertahanan dua hala baharu di antara dua buah negara.

Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Zamrose bin Mohd Zain hadir, Panglima Tentera Darat dan Dato’ Sri Muez bin Abd Aziz, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pertahanan Malaysia turut hadir bagi mengiringi Delegasi Pertahanan Malaysia di sana.
