The concern was expressed by His Majesty during a meeting with the Chief of Navy (CoN), Admiral Tan Sri Mohd Reza Mohd Sany.

Through a post on Selangor Royal Office’s Facebook, His Majesty as Captain Yang Dipertua TLDM said during the meeting that the exchange of aged assets must be done in order to ensure that the sovereignty of the country’s waters is always preserved and in a state of readiness.

The Sultan of Selangor agreed to meet Mohd Reza in conjunction with his retirement at Istana Bukit Kayangan here.

He was appointed as CoN on 30 November 2018 and will hand over his duties to his successor on 23 January.
