KUALA LUMPUR, 13 October 2023 – The Handing Over-Taking Over ceremony for the Director General of Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Division on 13 October 2023 at the Binary Auditorium, Haigate Complex of the Malaysian Armed Forces.

Chief of Staff of the Malaysian Armed Forces, Lt Gen Datuk Arman Rumaizi bin Hj Ahmad witnessed the Handover Ceremony between Rear Admiral Dato’ Ts. Shamsuddin bin Hj Ludin, and Rear Admiral Mohd Fadzil Kamal bin Mohd Mohaldin.

Earlier, a parade of appreciation for esteemed Director General Defence Cyber and Electromagnetic Division was also held.
