Ex MALAPURA RMN-RSN Sailors Strengthening Bilateral Maritime Collaboration Defence Relations Ops & Training 21st November 202426th November 2024 LANGKAWI, 21 Nov – The Sailor’s Interaction Ceremony was successfully held at the Tun Rahah Auditorium, Langkawi Naval Base. Hosted by Warrant Officer of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN), the event marked another significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the RMN and the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). This regular programme is conducted as part of the bilateral MALAPURA exercise and continues to serve as a vital platform for enhancing professional ties, strengthening teamwork and fostering friendships between sailors from both forces. Over the years, the exercise series has evolved in complexity, reflecting the growing trust and capability of both forces to address a wide range of maritime challenges. The event concluded with renewed enthusiasm for future collaborations, with both navies looking forward to the continued success of the MALAPURA series and other joint initiatives.
